well soph woke this morning and said its time to take core 7 ,,when she first held the bottels she went through them all and said core seven would help her but not at the moment ,well nearly two weeks later she rememberd it,wow,,so she took two of them and still wanted to take the ultra violet with it,,so i will let you know how she goes on it,,
yesterday soph droped a block of wood on her right foot,not sure why im writing this but i think when you hurt your feet ,its symbolic of not wanting to move farward in life,,im going to read up now on wat core 7 is but im sure its about removing the blocks in life that prevent you moving farward..i will let you know im also going to try her with the hopi candels today ,,so watch this space in love and light Nicky xx
