Title: Raw food as a healing tool
Tags: health and wellness
Blog Entry: This is my first blog on here and it will hopefully be the start of many short bursts of inspirational conversations - I would love your responses, so do not hold back - lets see what happens through these postings My approach to wellness has always been through nutrition, and I have spent the last few years detoxing from a life full of self harm in one form or another - alcohol over use, prescription medications - the birth control pill for over a decasde, foods that were totally unwise, destructive relationships and negative thought patterns. It takes many years for our bodies to renew their tissues and the imprinting of all the years we carry - often from past lives too, which not many people acknowledge or understand. Now we are almost there - after 8 years of small steps to wellness - the final stage is now becoming easier. Releasing all negativity from our lives is so very important and paying attention to this area is crucial to our health on every level. Nutrition is at the heart of all my attention - let's face it, we all love food, but we need to eat the right foods to be well. I have been following a largely raw food lifestyle for the last month or two, and noticed the difference almost immediately. I used to be very angry, judgemental, stressed out and worried what people thought about me. Now, my energy is one of calmness, confidance, understanding, peaceful and joyful. I have far more creativity and inspired thought now too, and my energy levels are so much higher. I am not a scientific type of person, purely intuitive and have a gentle approach to all I undertake in life, so I cant offer any scientific information other than what is in the books I have at home. My words come from the heart at all times and are my thoughts in action xx My words here are from personal experience only. I hope to post recipes and pictures on the website in the near future, so please keep watching on here. Bye for now...with open heart
