Firstly - I think the latest horrifying statistics from Wales  give us an insight into the pandemic of prescribing medication for children with challenging behaviours. Please note that some autorities refuse to disclose how bad the problem is there!!!

ADHD and allergies

On the site I have posted videos on diet and nutritional help for dealing with ADHD. Also how to do a simple muscle test to check if your child's Adhd is being affected by certain food.

I have worked with many children who have instantly 'kicked off' with certain foods and I came by a fantastic video the other day that shows exactly what i mean when i say it can be any food that triggers it.

In supporting teachers and families with children with Adhd tendencies I have often built in access to computer games as part of the reward incentive programme - I have just come across this site that explains why it is a good approach and recommends some great games- can anyone recommend others?

Powerful Mis - Information AGAIN

Just need to let off steam! The pharmaceutical industry are at it again!!!

Another pharmaceutical backed Adhd website has  been  launched under the guise of " SUPPORTING" parents!!! They have provided funding to  make Adhd awareness films etc and launch a marketing campaign to  promote their own drugs. These are controversial drugs!!!!

And they have the cheek to suggest that "There is little research to show that complementary therapies work"!!!!

ADHD reassessed

I just thought I'd share an interesting piece of research that shows that when a group of children already diagnosed with Adhd were reassessed, 1 in 3 were found not to have ADHD!
