ADHD and allergies
Posted On: 14/06/2010 16:20:19

On the site I have posted videos on diet and nutritional help for dealing with ADHD. Also how to do a simple muscle test to check if your child's ADHD is being affected by certain food.

I have worked with many children who have instantly 'kicked off' with certain foods and I came by a fantastic video the other day that shows exactly what i mean when i say it can be any food that triggers it.

The Feingold diet is a way of eliminating certain highly allergic foods then reintroducing them to give you insights into what the culprits are which need to be taken out of the diet. These are indicated by the muscle test.

It is not an easy process and you  need to be very thorough and include the whole family. However the results can be literally life changing.

For information relating to low allergen gardens - visit the ecoprojects page and download my eBook on the chelsea flower show.

Hope you find this video by Dr Rapp helpful
