well soph woke this morning and said its time to take core 7 ,,when she first held the bottels she went through them all and said core seven would help her but not at the moment ,well nearly two weeks later she rememberd it,wow,,so she took two of them and still wanted to take the ultra violet with it,,so i will let you know how she goes on it,,

yesterday soph droped a block of wood on her right foot,not sure why im writing this but i think when you hurt your feet ,its symbolic of not wanting to move farward in life,,im going to read up now on wat core 7 is but im sure its about removing the blocks in life that prevent you moving farward..i will let you know im also going to try her with the hopi candels today ,,so watch this space in love and light Nicky xx

the 3 of us watched the willow play together last night,i saw it a few weeks ago and was very moved by it,but wasnt shure wether it would upset sophia,well i thought now were all calmer (due to the back flower remedies)matt and soph might be a bit more receptive to it,,soph was a bit uncomfortable at first and matt,but then soph asked lots of questions about Tom and we all did the massage on each other,any one passing would of thought we were about to do the konga,lol,any ways it ended with tom and his mum hugging each other ,and there wasnt a dry eye in the house,,afterwards i was in the kitchen preparing dinner,andd soph came in and made me jump up and down shouting hurray with her,,,,,,,she seemed very happy with us,,i think she now understands about how our own personal moods efect others but how we to can swop masks so  to speak and copy wat we see,,,,so we made a promise to love each other lots and our friends as the world would be so much happier xxxthanks for that again lin xxxxx

hi just wanted to write a quick up date on sophia and the rest of us,,soph is doing brilliant on the back flower remedies,im getting kisses and cuddels by the minutes,there has been a few tantrums, but more to do with her getting her own way,,so what ive started doing is giving her a choice for example,would you like to do your home work sat next to me at my desk or at the kitchen table?she said next to me and wow she sat down and did it no problems,normaly there would be world war 3 when i asked her to sit and do her work,,,,lol,,of a morning ,is still a bit difficult to get her moving as  she has no idea of time,but were getting there,step by step,my self and partner have also been taking them and wat a difference it is making we all seem alot more relaxed,i was telling me mum about them the other night and she has gone of to get some for some old emotions she has inside,,so do i reccomend this natural remedie,with my whole heart i do...

hi,i have just found this site and how lucky was i?.

my daughter was diognosed with ADD last week,without the hiperactivity,though i must admit when ever she has chocolate watch out

i was looking for alternative things to help and i can not believe that i clicked on this,lin and i have emailed each other this last week,and i feel like im home atlast lol,

we live in spain and my daughter is 9 you can imagine how hard it has been for sophia learning the language etc thats why its taken so long for it to be confirmed,soph is a wonderful little girl and from when she could talk she could see spirit and sence what people were thinking,she never had to ask me for anything as i just new wat she wanted,but maybe this didnt do much good later on as others didnt know lol,

iam a spiritual healer and reiki practitioner so have always tought soph about healing etc,however this last year has been very hard as my brother ,father and good friend all passed over,we moved house and schools and changed jobs,so there was a lot going on for all of us,but sophia was fine and probably kept me going,but just as everthing is settling down and getting back to normal so to speak then sophia has started having terrible emotional out bursts and become very cheeky,she never was before,,maybe now im calmer she feels its ok to let her hidden emotions out.

i read the things on this site properly on monday and already sophia is becoming calmer,,,or is it me??

she has just gone off to a feinds bday party but before that she did get a cob on because she felt she didnt wrap the present up properly,so after shouting at me,i gently said sophie it really hurts me inside when you shout at me,,how about we try our best to not shout at each other,,well she gave me a big kiss and off she went,,wow so now im just hoping the kids arnt mean to her or leave her out and she doesnt come home crying,,

i would love to swop stories with any body whos children have seen spirit and how they deal with that..

thanks im new at this but i have found just by writing or should i sat typing things down it makes me feel so much better
